Responsibilities * Provide support to students and guardians to clarify questions regarding the enrollment process * Organize the necessary documentation for enrollment processing * Enter student information into the institution's system * Update enrollment records and monitor student enrollment status * Collaborate with the pedagogical coordination team in planning and executing enrollments Requirements * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer service * Basic computer skills and familiarity with school management systems * Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure * Organizational skills and attention to detail
