Partnership prospecting and promotional events **About the company:** Complementary course sector **About the position:** The Commercial Assistant will be responsible for new school enrollments, engaging not only in internal sales but also in generating new leads and identifying event and partnership opportunities to support school promotion and new student acquisition. **Core Responsibilities:** * Selling school courses and confirming new enrollments * Assisting prospective customers, understanding each individual's needs to better guide the sales process * Presenting the school, with detailed knowledge of its courses and programs * Lead management (processing, follow-up, mapping, conversion) * Coordination with specific marketing initiatives * Identifying, pursuing, developing, and participating in new partnership and promotional event opportunities * Maintaining relationships with students and teachers * Generating daily performance reports. **Highly Valued Traits for the Team:** * Persuasion and sales capability * Goal-oriented mindset * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Proactivity **Mandatory Requirements:** * Sales experience * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Basic English * Residency or easy access to the Granja Vianna/Cotia region. **What the company offers:** Fixed salary: R$2.200,00 Commission (current average: R$200.00 to R$500.00, based on sales performance) Transportation allowance Meal allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM **General Information:** Work Location: Granja Vianna Work Mode \- In-person Employment Type \- CLT Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Commission on sales
