Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative and operational routines within the department; * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents; * Provide support in completing and updating spreadsheets and internal controls; * Support handling and directing internal requests; * Assist in verifying and entering data into systems; * Support organizing materials, documents, and administrative processes; * Contribute to drafting and organizing simple reports; * Comply with internal rules, procedures, and departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma completed or in progress; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information** * 3 openings: * 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday; * 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; * 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday; Grupo CEV is, first and foremost, a group formed by people who believe in education and whose core values are respect for others, results orientation, excellence, and innovation.
