Every day presents an opportunity to achieve something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain advanced applications using the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—integrating multiple systems and services; * Design, manage, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes; * Build and maintain applications aimed at process digitization using Power Apps integrated with data sources; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and/or digitization, and implement effective solutions; * Directly support the management of low-code and automation initiatives, as well as incident resolution related to application errors; * Provide technical support and training to end users; * Document developed processes and solutions, ensuring maintainability and scalability; * Monitor trends and guidance related to Citizen Development; * Actively participate in the digital transformation journey, leading Citizen Development efforts; * Serve as the focal point for the Digital area regarding the evolution of all topics related to Security; * Support the internal Security team in automating data handling, data entry, tool and process facilitation, and centralizing technical security data presentations; * Participate in Mindware’s MCI Squad meetings, providing technical support and tracking proposed solutions; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree; * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Microsoft certifications (PL\-900, PL\-100, PL\-400 and/or PL\-200), PMI Citizen Developer (CDF, CD\-P and/or CD\-BA). **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
