Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and communicative candidate who enjoys teamwork to support our Projects team by monitoring and analyzing technical aspects. Key Highlights: 1. Support project compatibility verification and on-site project monitoring 2. Analyze and transform data to drive project improvements 3. Assist in hiring and monitoring contracts of design professionals We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset to join our Projects team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in project compatibility verification by completing checklists and identifying deviations from the developer's standards. * Monitor on-site projects, analyzing errors, incompatibilities, modifications, and suggestions to support solution definition. * Collect Helpdesk indicators for projects, analyzing site-reported issues and suggestions and transforming them into actionable data for improvements (quarterly). * Collect indicators from the project targets portfolio, verifying target achievement and initiating action plans when necessary (monthly). * Assist in hiring design professionals by reviewing documents, submitting them to Legal, and tracking signature processes. * Monitor design professionals’ contracts, verifying payment methods and analyzing invoice requests. * Enter information into the system regarding design professionals’ regulatory compliance declarations, ensuring adherence to performance standards. * Support general department routines and implementation of new tools and processes to optimize activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Architecture or Civil Engineering * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week; **Additional Information** * Unimed National Health Insurance Plan: no employee contribution for ward or private room coverage; * Psychological support in partnership with Unimed Insurance; * Meal/food allowance of BRL 836.00/month; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance — Unimed Insurance; * Breakfast or afternoon snack at the office; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * 15% discount on electricity bills; Terral Incorporadora, with over 20 years of operation, is one of the largest real estate developers in Brazil’s Central-West region.
