Therefore, we have an open position for **Facilities**, based in **São Paulo**. **Responsibilities:** * Verify and record invoices related to materials, services, and construction expenses; * Maintain and update control spreadsheets (costs, schedules, etc.); * Control materials and supplies, verifying deliveries, quantities, and quality; * Provide administrative support to the facilities area; * Monitor budgets and assist in procurement and contracting processes; * Organize documents, reports, and files; * Provide direct support to the construction coordinator or manager; **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; * Prior experience in administrative routines for construction projects or facilities; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis skills; * Knowledge of invoice verification and cost control; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure; * Experience in corporate, commercial, or retail construction projects will be considered a plus.
