**Loading and Unloading** * Load and unload goods onto and from the vehicle. * Organize, secure, and fasten cargo safely to prevent damage during transportation. * Sort and handle products according to routes or orders. * Operate manual material handling equipment when necessary (e.g., pallet jacks). **Deliveries and Customer Service** * Verify quantities and volumes of goods against the invoice or manifest. * Assist with deliveries directly at customers' addresses. * Help the driver identify streets, curbs, and routes. * Provide support during difficult maneuvers and parking. \[1, 2, 3, 4] **Maintenance and Safety** * Keep the vehicle and workplace clean and organized. * Assist with basic and preventive vehicle maintenance. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. * Repair damaged packaging and monitor service quality.
