Operational leadership and excellence in customer service We are seeking a **Tax Assistant**, detail-oriented and communicative, to join our team in **Cotia \- SP**. The ideal candidate must have solid experience with Simples Nacional companies and a profile suited to supporting the development of new talents in the sector. **Job Responsibilities** You will play a fundamental role in ensuring our clients’ tax compliance, being responsible for: * Performing full bookkeeping for **Simples Nacional** companies (Input Invoices, Output Invoices, Services Received, and Services Provided). * Calculating taxes (**Income Tax and ISS**) and recalculating tax payment slips when necessary. * Closing service invoices and recording them on the **GISS Online** website. * Managing processes such as requesting **AIDF**, submitting **REDF**, and organizing files. * Issuing invoices and conducting training sessions (internal and external) on related topics. * Providing direct customer support via phone, e\-mail, and Skype. * Supervising and guiding tasks performed by the sector’s apprentices. **Ideal Profile and Requirements** We seek a professional proficient in tax routines and comfortable using accounting systems. * **Systems:** Proficiency in **Questor** and **Domínio** systems (mandatory). * **Knowledge:** Practical experience in tax bookkeeping and municipal tax routines. * **Skills:** Strong interpersonal communication and teaching ability to guide customers and apprentices. * **Location:** Availability for on-site work in **Cotia \- SP**. **Job Details** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.100,00\. * **Employment Type:** CLT \| On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. * **Location:** Cotia \- SP. **Benefits** Transportation Allowance, Medical and Dental Insurance, On-site Meal, Pharmacy and Sports Store Partnerships, Totalpass. **Opportunity Differentiators** In addition to working within an established structure, you will have the opportunity to exercise operational leadership by supervising apprentices, directly contributing to team growth while maintaining excellence in customer service.
