We are looking for a **PCP Assistant (graphic)** to join our team! We are content in the form of experience. We plan, capture, promote, build, and execute sports, cultural, and social projects across Brazil, for all ages and purposes. We are the largest sports event producer in Latin America. If this environment resonates with you, join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **What awaits you in this challenge:** * Monitor and control pre\-production and graphic finishing processes, ensuring file organization, technical verification, print optimization, and administrative support for the department—contributing to delivery quality and waste reduction. **Required qualifications and skills:** * Perform file inspection and validation for printing, ensuring compliance with required technical standards. * Participate in the graphic finishing process, monitoring dimensions, file closing, and necessary adjustments prior to printing. * Organize and manage production and printing files. * Support refinement and optimization of printing to reduce material waste and increase operational productivity. * Assist the printer, ensuring materials are correctly prepared to allow full focus on printing. * Track deadlines and production flow together with PCP. * Use Excel for controls, demand tracking, and information organization within the department. * Provide support in the graphic department’s administrative routines, including production closing and assistance with issuance/verification of invoices. * Ensure alignment between production and administrative departments to meet scheduled timelines. **Qualifications and experience** **Required and desirable experience:** * Knowledge of graphic processes and file finishing. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of priority. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Prior experience in quick-print shops, visual communication, or the graphic industry. * Knowledge of file closing for large formats and digital printing. * Experience with production control or PCP. **Competencies:** * Ownership Mindset * Sense of Priority * Active Listening * Problem Solving * Innovation **Additional information** This is a fully on\-site position located in the Freguesia do Ó region \- São Paulo \- SP **\#joinus** We are a company that believes **every dream begins with a desire, a project, and a purpose.** We believe in content and information, but we are convinced that nothing surpasses experience—it transforms, creates bonds, and changes destinies.
