**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a **Warehouse Assistant** to support the control and organization of agricultural inputs, materials, and tools. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that field operations occur with **safety, efficiency, and reliability**, guaranteeing that the agricultural team receives appropriate daily operational support.
Position is based at our Farm.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive and inspect materials to ensure only compliant items enter inventory and to minimize incident risks.
* Organize products in designated locations to ensure easy identification, prevent accidents, and optimize time for agricultural teams.
* Record incoming and outgoing item movements to ensure material traceability, promote operational accountability, and reduce error possibilities.
* Pick and deliver requested inputs to internal departments, ensuring prompt response to demands and supporting continuity of production processes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination, damage, and ensure adequate working conditions, reinforcing safety culture.
* Assist in periodic inventories to support strategic decision-making and ensure accurate stock data, avoiding waste.
* Report occurrences that may impact demand fulfillment, enabling preventive team action and maintaining safety.
* Responsible for transporting parts to and from certain suppliers.
* Assist the Fleet Department with support services as needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Basic knowledge of inventory control
* Understanding of physical organization and safe storage practices
* Ability to record data in simple systems or spreadsheets
* Ability to read and verify fiscal documents (invoices, receipts)
* Basic knowledge of rural safety regulations
**Desired Requirements**
* Completed high school education
* Valid driver's license
* Willingness to learn
* Availability to work in an agricultural environment
* Prior experience is not required, but minimal exposure to operational routines is a plus.
