Assist in controlling and organizing financial documents (invoices, bills, receipts, and contracts). Perform basic data entry in spreadsheets and/or internal systems, as instructed. Support verification of financial information, ensuring accurate data organization. Assist in managing physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and traceability. Provide support to Accounts Receivable activities when required. Support preparation of simple reports and internal controls. Assist in internal communication with other departments, clarifying basic operational questions.
