Job Description **Objective:** Coordinate interactions between the hotel and Headquarters / Headquarters-hotel, seeking cost-reduction opportunities, supporting Headquarters and the hotel controller, with the aim of ensuring corporate business standards and improving profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure, direct, and validate the development of projects related to your area, execution of relevant processes, and achievement of established targets, expediting actions within your scope of authority. * Coordinate the team under your responsibility, including selection, development, performance monitoring, and fostering employee engagement and productivity levels. * Coordinate prospecting and development of partnerships related to your area in the market. * Coordinate active partnership agreements, monitoring activities, validating materials, evaluating service levels, and approving corresponding invoices. * Ensure supply of materials to customers through approved or referenced suppliers. * Tactically follow metrics relevant to the area (projects / deadlines / cost reduction / internal customer and supplier support). * Maintain contact with D&T and IT departments. * Disseminate Accor’s values and ensure compliance with internal practices and policies within your scope of responsibility. * Execute consolidation of results and presentations as required by the area. Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration * Intermediate English proficiency * Knowledge of accounting: Income Statement (DRE) and Trial Balance * Business Plan and Budget analysis * Cash flow control * Intermediate/Advanced Excel * Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of the hotel industry **Desirable Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Economics * 3–5 years of experience in the role, preferably within the hotel segment * Power BI Additional Information **Your team and work environment:** * Providing an exceptional experience—not only for guests but also for all employees—is the Heartist purpose at Accor.
