Maintain overall preservation of the premises We seek an organized, responsible, and committed professional to perform cleaning, preservation, and organization of company premises, contributing to a clean, pleasant, and well-maintained environment on a daily basis. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and organizing laboratories, offices, and administrative areas; * Maintaining restrooms, hallways, and staircases; * Organizing and cleaning the cafeteria; * Preparing coffee and organizing the kitchenette; * Overall preservation of company premises. **Requirements:** * Experience in this role; * Responsible, organized, and committed profile; * **Preferred:** Residing near the company (Av.
