Conducting georeferencing of rural and urban properties **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Technical education in Topography, Surveying, Geomatics, Construction, Geodesy, or related fields; * Field experience in topographic surveys; * Knowledge of operating total stations and geodetic GPS/GNSS; * Basic proficiency in software such as AutoCAD or similar; * Availability for travel and fieldwork; * Brazilian driver's license category B. **Desirable (competitive advantage):** * Knowledge of Civil 3D, QGIS, or ArcGIS; * Familiarity with land legislation; * Experience in georeferencing rural properties (INCRA); * Knowledge of drones (aerial photogrammetric survey). **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform planimetric and altimetric topographic surveys and cadastral surveys in the field; * Operate equipment including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and levels; * Carry out area layout, boundary demarcation, and georeferencing of rural and urban properties; * Process topographic data and generate drawings, maps, and technical reports; * Ensure measurement quality and accuracy according to technical standards; * Maintain and calibrate equipment; * Calculate cut-and-fill volumes; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and environmental best practices during all activities.
