Management of contracts, budgets, and plans in collaboration with clients Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of operations in construction, engineering, geotechnics, and surveying; * Management of technical and operational teams; * Driver's license category B; * Implementation of processes and performance indicators; * Computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Project); * Power BI and Cienge; * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Portuguese; * Planning and strategic management; * Focus on results and achievement of goals; * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Negotiation and client relationship management, including contracts; * Ensure operational success of construction, engineering, geotechnical, and surveying contracts; * Monitor billing and define operational plans; * Coordinate and ensure achievement of revenue targets; * Manage contracts, budgets, and plans in collaboration with clients; * Manage the team and operational processes, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines; * Implement operational goals, indicators, and strategies; * Monitor performance and propose continuous improvements. 2511130202461865525
