**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:30, hybrid model in São Bernardo do Campo \- SP
**Overview:** A professional responsible for recording and verifying fiscal documents (NF\-e, CT\-e, and service invoices) for the headquarters and all subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Manages automated invoice receipt, provides support and guidance to fiscal teams, assists in audits, controls departmental performance indicators, and participates in systemic improvements, with strong interdepartmental collaboration and focus on quality, compliance, security, and continuous improvement.
**On a typical day, you will:**
* Record and verify incoming fiscal invoices for productive and non-productive goods, services, and transport waybills for the headquarters and all company subsidiaries, checking fiscal information such as CFOP, NCM, and tax rates to ensure correct fiscal document recording per current legislation;
* Manage automated receipt dashboards to ensure all fiscal documents issued against the company’s CNPJ numbers are properly recorded;
* Guide and train the headquarters’ fiscal receivables team, ensuring all processes are executed correctly per legislation, internal procedures, and policies;
* Support subsidiary fiscal receivables teams by guiding proper fiscal document receipt procedures;
* Support the physical receivables team to ensure alignment between fiscal and physical information related to received and recorded documents/goods;
* Provide supporting information on received and recorded fiscal documents to related departments;
* Organize and send relevant documentation to external archives;
* Support internal and external audit activities by locating and providing relevant documentation;
* Manage and report departmental performance indicators;
* Conduct testing of system corrections and improvements.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed?**
* **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* **Tools:** Intermediate/Advanced Excel;
* **Languages:** English or Spanish — preferred;
