We are expanding and seeking professionals who share this vision—individuals committed to results, learning, and the real impact of education. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor students; * Organize classrooms and equipment for teachers; * Monitor student behavior within the unit premises; * Introduce the unit to parents during enrollment periods; * Report and follow up on facility maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic IT knowledge; * Strong communication skills and approachability; * Organization, agility, and attention to detail; * Active listening, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * **Preferred Qualification:** prior experience in an educational setting. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (VA); * Profit-sharing and results-based bonus (PLR); * Life insurance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Tuition assistance for employees' children; * Transportation allowance. **Work Schedule:** * On-site – Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break); * Every other Saturday.
