Attend parent-teacher conferences and pedagogical meetings School located in the Louveira region is hiring: **Preference will be given to candidates residing in the city.** Work in Elementary School I education. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver classes for Elementary School I according to the curriculum and content outlined in the lesson plan; * Develop lesson plans, activities, and tests; * Administer and grade tests, assignments, projects, and notebooks; * Clarify students' doubts; * Provide pedagogical support to parents regarding curriculum content and projects; * Implement activities related to educational projects; * Complete attendance records, grades, and curriculum logs; * Post lessons and learning materials on the Ultramax platform; * Design and decorate bulletin boards within the school unit, including classrooms; * Monitor students' academic performance and identify their difficulties, seeking growth and overcoming these challenges; * Attend parent-teacher conferences, pedagogical meetings, and pedagogical workshops; * Collaborate, engage, and promote student participation in pedagogical projects; * Properly utilize systems and resources provided by the company to perform job duties in accordance with established norms and procedures; **Requirements and Qualifications** · Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; - · Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teacher for the early grades of Elementary School I. · Knowledge of educational technology resources and strong digital proficiency. · Postgraduate studies in Education or Educational Psychology are desirable. · Proven experience in the field, including creation of playful teaching materials. · Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies (e.g., Modern Methodology or Anglo System) · Literacy and language development **Additional Information** **Benefits:** · Salary · Transportation allowance · Meal voucher · SESC membership Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
