The operations area is responsible for monitoring transfer systems for the Central Bank, internal and external account balances, and sending files to external agents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor Central Bank transfer systems – STR and SPI * Prepare and send information to external agents (CIP, CETIP, Positive Registry, Bacen) * Analyze and generate banking files (CNAB, XMLs for federal reporting) * Participate in the operational routine involving FIDCs * Participate in bank reconciliations * Support area project developments Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting; * Expected graduation starting from 12/2026; * Organizational skills, analytical ability, and critical thinking for process and outcome improvement; * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of FIDC-related routines will be considered a plus.
