Collaboration with teachers, coordinators, and families **None:** **Job Title:** Educational Counselor Key Responsibilities: * Accompany and advise students throughout their development and learning process, identifying and proposing solutions to potential difficulties. * Guide students on career choice, study habits, and conflict resolution. * Promote activities and projects that encourage student integration, participation, and leadership. * Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and families to ensure students' well-being and academic performance. * Prepare reports and documents related to student counseling. * Participate in institutional meetings and events, contributing expertise. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Educational Counseling or related areas. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in educational counseling activities. * Knowledge of student counseling and development methodologies. * Interpersonal and effective communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Proactivity, empathy, and strong problem-solving ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proficiency in conflict mediation tools and techniques. * Experience with vocational guidance projects. * Knowledge of educational psychology. **Additional Information:** * Work arrangement: On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 6:18 PM. **None:** None
