Job Summary: Prisma Tech is seeking a communicative and responsible Customer Service Consultant to provide support to students and gamers, organize the space, and assist in educational and gaming activities. Dynamic environment featuring an educational hub and a gaming arena OPEN POSITION — CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT \| PRISMA TECH – MOXUARA HUB (Cariacica/ES) Prisma Tech is launching recruitment for a Customer Service Consultant at our new hub located at Shopping Moxuara in Cariacica/ES. We are looking for communicative, responsible individuals passionate about public service. * About the Hub From Monday to Thursday, the facility operates as an Educational Hub offering in-person classes. From Friday to Sunday, it transforms into a Gaming Arena with high visitor traffic and events. * Responsibilities * Public service and support for students and gamers; * Space organization and assistance in hub activities; * Schedule management, information handling, and general guidance; * Basic operational support for the Gaming Arena; * Representing Prisma Tech with courtesy and professionalism. Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (hiring 3 people for rotation) Working Hours: As per the shopping mall’s business hours (assigned per shift day) Expected Start Date: 12/12/2025 Compensation * Salary: R$ 1\.650,00 * Benefit: R$ 650,00 in meal/food allowance (iFood Card) * Requirements * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Availability to work on weekends (6x1 schedule). Preferences (not mandatory) * Experience in public service; * Interest in technology and gaming.
