The professional will work on specific projects, adhering to technical and safety standards, thereby promoting service efficiency and quality. * Responsibilities: * Reads and interprets engineering drawings, ensuring accurate execution of reinforcements according to technical specifications. * Assembles and reinforces steel and concrete structures on-site, following safety and quality guidelines. * Collaborates with the construction team, communicating effectively with supervisors and other professionals to ensure productive workflow. * Assesses and reports material and tool requirements, contributing to efficient planning and execution of work. * Provides guidance and technical support to other team members, promoting skill development and training. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of reinforcing and concrete structure assembly. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with emphasis on operational efficiency and safety. * Proactive problem identification and resolution capability. * Educational Qualifications: Completed high school education; technical courses in civil construction or related fields are preferred. * Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a reinforcing steel worker or in similar roles, with strong expertise in concrete structure assembly. Experience on large-scale construction projects is considered an advantage. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge of reinforcement techniques, civil construction safety regulations, and use of specialized tools. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly across all organizational levels, contributing to a cooperative and productive work environment.
