Experience in customer service, proficiency in Word, Excel spreadsheets, internet, and email (composition), etc., is required. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Providing service and support to faculty members and coordinators; • Occasional service to students; • Information regarding classroom assignments; • Assistance with classroom assignments and occasional reservations; • Scanning and printing of requested documents; • Facilitating communication with inspectors and other administrative departments within the unit; • In-person and email-based service; • Managing, requesting, and organizing purchases of academic materials through the system; • Supplying office materials for instructional use by teachers; • Printing documents and/or delivering them to faculty members; • Managing faculty members' lockers; • General information provision; • Supporting administrative and academic departments within the unit with additional information. 2511110202181800046
