Prior experience in this role is not mandatory, but proficiency in computer applications is essential. **Responsibilities and Desired Experience** \- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and relay them accurately; \- Provide direct service to internal customers and service providers; \- Receive documents, verify them, and forward them for necessary actions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations; \- Support the execution of administrative tasks to ensure continuity of processes in accordance with applicable standards; \- Perform other duties relevant to the position. \- Create and update spreadsheets according to instructions and collected data.
