Job Summary: Ponto da Lingerie is seeking a Social Media professional to develop strategies, produce creative content, and manage social media accounts—monitoring metrics and engaging with the audience. Editorial calendar management and metrics analysis With over 30 years of history, Ponto da Lingerie is today the largest multi-brand intimate apparel retail chain in Brazil. We currently operate more than 38 stores across São Paulo and Minas Gerais, offering quality, variety, and delightful customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop content strategies and schedules for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) * Produce creative copy for captions, posts, videos, and campaigns * Develop visual and audiovisual content * Manage the editorial calendar and schedule publications using scheduling tools * Monitor metrics, interactions, and performance; generate reports with insights and improvement recommendations * Collaborate with the paid traffic team * Engage with the brand’s audience using appropriate language tailored to each customer segment * Participate in briefing, alignment, and brainstorming meetings **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media professional * Proficiency in major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn) * Strong writing skills and mastery of both formal and informal language * Knowledge of metrics, algorithms, and best practices for each platform * Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro) * Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Cupcat **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of copywriting and storytelling * Experience with paid traffic and boosting campaigns * Portfolio featuring social media case studies **Benefits:** * On-site meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Total Pass \+ Clude Saúde * Medical and dental assistance \| Amil (health insurance plan with company financial support (R$ 100.00\), supplemented by the employee according to the plan’s fee schedule) * Exclusive brand discounts * SESC partnership * Educational discount Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
