Senior Fullstack Developer (Architecture)

Description

We are looking for a **Senior Fullstack Developer**, with strong **backend** expertise and an **architectural mindset**, to work with one of our strategic clients in the insurance sector, focusing on evolving **authentication, identity, and access** solutions. We seek a hands\-on professional who, although working end\-to\-end, is primarily focused on backend development and possesses architectural sensitivity — capable of designing and evolving secure, scalable, and regulatory\-compliant (financial/insurance sector) authentication and authorization workflows. The candidate will build critical identity services, integrate with identity providers (IdP), and jointly support security architecture decisions with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and evolve backend services focused on **authentication, authorization, and identity management**; * Design and implement secure workflows based on **OAuth 2\.0**, **OpenID Connect (OIDC)**, and **SSO**; * Contribute to **architectural decisions**, defining standards for security, scalability, and resilience; * Integrate applications with identity providers (IdP) and **IAM** services; * Also contribute to the frontend layer when needed, ensuring end\-to\-end integration; * Develop and consume secure, well\-documented **REST APIs**; * Write clean, testable, and sustainable code, following best practices and architectural standards; * Participate in code reviews and support the team’s technical evolution; * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (product, security, engineering). **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid backend development experience (e.g., **Java/Spring**, **.NET**, or **Node.js**); * Experience with **application architecture** and design patterns; * Practical experience with **OAuth 2\.0**, **OpenID Connect (OIDC)**, and authentication/authorization workflows; * Knowledge of **SSO**, **JWT**, and token/session management; * Experience with identity providers / **IAM** (e.g., Keycloak, Auth0, Azure AD / Entra ID); * Experience developing and consuming **REST APIs**; * **Full stack** experience, with ability to contribute to the frontend as well (e.g., Angular, React, or similar); * Application security best practices; * Experience with source code versioning (**Git**). **Desirable:** --------------- * Knowledge of **SAML** and identity federation; * Experience with **MFA** and adaptive/risk\-based authentication; * Experience with **microservices** and distributed architecture; * Familiarity with **CI/CD** and DevOps culture; * Experience in cloud environments (**Azure**, AWS, or GCP); * Knowledge of security practices and frameworks (e.g., OWASP); * Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector. **Additional information** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * SESI and SESC health and wellness benefits, offering access to healthcare, wellness, and leisure services; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions, providing exclusive discounts on courses and educational programs; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding company in the market.
