Promote innovation in active methodologies and educational technologies We are seeking a professional to lead the Distance Learning Operations area, planning, coordinating, and supervising academic, administrative, and technological activities of the University's Distance Learning programs, ensuring pedagogical quality, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and alignment with institutional strategy, within a solid organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the Distance Learning Core, defining guidelines, goals, and performance indicators aligned with the Institutional Development Plan (IDP); * Manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate, graduate, and extension courses delivered via distance learning; * Ensure compliance with MEC regulations and other relevant regulatory bodies governing distance education offerings; * Manage multidisciplinary teams (academic, technological, operational, and student support); * Promote innovation in active methodologies and the use of educational technologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education / Qualifications:** Completed Higher Education Postgraduate Degree (Master's) PhD in progress (desirable) **Relevant Experience for this Role.** **Specific Knowledge:** Educational Management, Expansion of Study Centers, Innovation, and ICTs applied to higher education.
