Support students' emotional, social, and cognitive development, promote a healthy school environment, and facilitate the teaching\-learning process through psychological interventions, guidance, and support for the school community.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP)
* Specialization in School/Educational Psychology is desirable
* Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage
**Main Responsibilities**
* Provide individual and group psychological counseling and follow-up for students;
* Identify learning, behavioral, and emotional difficulties and propose appropriate interventions;
* Collaborate with the pedagogical team to develop educational strategies;
* Advise teachers on students' emotional and behavioral aspects;
* Provide counseling and guidance to parents and guardians;
* Design and implement socioemotional, preventive, and educational initiatives (e.g., bullying prevention, mental health awareness, career guidance);
* Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and institutional activities;
* Prepare reports, assessments, and records of psychological follow-up;
* Promote inclusive education and support for students with specific needs;
* Refer students to external specialized professionals when necessary.
Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month
