Collaborate with the marketing team on visual strategies **JOB POSTING: GRAPHIC DESIGNER – INSTITUTO MILITÃO** Instituto Militão is looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Designer to strengthen our visual communication and contribute to expanding our brand. If you believe design is not just about aesthetics but also about positioning, storytelling, and impact, this role is for you. **Responsibilities:** – Create social media content (feed posts, Stories, Reels, and ads) – Develop institutional and commercial materials – Support product launch campaigns and events – Ensure brand visual consistency – Collaborate with the marketing team in developing visual strategies **Requirements:** – Experience designing for social media – Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar – Understanding of branding and visual identity – Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines – Preferred: Experience in the education sector **What We’re Looking For:** A proactive, creative individual with a strategic mindset who wants to grow alongside Instituto Militão.
