Talent development and corporate culture The General Manager will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the achievement of commercial, pedagogical, and financial targets, while strengthening a high-performance culture across teams. This professional will serve as the liaison between senior management and local leaders, promoting alignment, innovation, growth, and excellence across all company functions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide teams within your unit * Monitor and ensure achievement of targets for **enrollments, revenue, visits, and student retention** * Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term commercial and operational strategies * Lead weekly strategic meetings with supervisors and teams * Analyze performance reports and propose corrective or acceleration actions * Monitor sales campaigns and motivate teams toward high performance * Ensure standardization of administrative, pedagogical, and commercial processes within the unit * Develop internal talent and reinforce company culture * Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in the education or commercial sector * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across different locations * Strategic mindset, results-oriented, with excellent execution capability * Analytical ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions * Excellent communication, motivation, and conflict-resolution skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 \- R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
