Financial Execution and Cash Flow Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations. Supervise bank reconciliations and control of balances in bank accounts and financial investments. Ensure efficient execution of payments, receipts, and fund transfers. 2\. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management Coordinate activities of the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing teams. Ensure timely payments to suppliers, partners, and compliance with legal obligations. Monitor revenue inflows, analyze delinquency, and support collection strategies. 3\. Expense Control and Operational Efficiency Monitor fixed and variable expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget. Identify cost reduction opportunities and operational process optimization. Support departments with expense analysis by cost center to promote efficient resource utilization. 4\. Management Reporting and Operational Metrics Generate periodic reports on budget execution, accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and reconciliations. Populate dashboards with operational and financial KPIs to support management decisions. Ensure integrity and reliability of reported financial information. 5\. Financial Compliance and Internal Controls Ensure financial processes comply with institutional policies and applicable legislation. Support internal and external audits with required documentation and clarifications. Implement internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, or losses. 6\. Supplier and Financial Institution Relations Negotiate payment terms and conditions with suppliers and service providers. Manage relationships with banks and payment processors. Support the formalization and monitoring of financial and commercial contracts. 7\. Financial Strategy Support and Planning Collaborate with the FP\&A team to align budgeting with operational execution. Propose operational adjustments based on financial performance analysis. Participate in developing financial projections and contingency plans. 8\. Leadership and Team Management Lead and develop the operational finance team, fostering a cooperative environment focused on results. Establish clear routines with goal tracking and KPI monitoring. Promote continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in operational financial management (accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, reconciliations); Experience in the education sector is considered a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; Strong organizational ability, sense of urgency, and analytical mindset.
