WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE * Drive Torra Card sales, striving to meet and exceed established targets per product, while guiding customers on payment methods and exclusive benefits. * Develop strategies in credit sales and retail sales to attract new customers, facilitate credit analysis for card issuance, and actively promote current promotional campaigns. * Take responsibility for completing application forms and issuing cards; when required, conduct post-sales support with guidance from the cashier supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction. * Proactively engage store customers, offer the card, and deliver exceptional service to both existing and new customers — helping increase sales of additional products. * Maintain a spotless and organized workplace, positively influencing workplace culture and operational quality. * Remain open to performing other related tasks as directed by management, demonstrating versatility and commitment to team and company success.
