Provide service and support to patients arriving for consultations and/or examinations. Mission: Perform reception duties in compliance with legal requirements and internal hospital regulations, managing appointment schedules, recording messages, assisting medical and speech therapy staff, answering phone calls, and archiving department-related documents.
