Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** The on-site tutor is the professional responsible for supporting, guiding, and assisting students in their face-to-face and/or blended academic activities, acting as a liaison between students, faculty, and course coordination. Key responsibilities include: **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist students in understanding proposed content and methodologies; * Guide the use of didactic resources and institutional platforms; * Encourage study habits and academic organization; * Receive and implement practices with students during face-to-face meetings; * Support laboratory activities, seminars, and interdisciplinary projects; * Clarify doubts and refer academic requests to responsible faculty/coordination when necessary; * Serve as a mediator between students, faculty, and coordination, ensuring smooth communication; * Identify individual or collective difficulties and inform coordination for appropriate action; * Encourage students’ active participation in discussions, projects, and institutional activities; * Assist with logistics for face-to-face classes and meetings (attendance tracking, material organization, schedule monitoring); * Maintain updated records of student participation and performance; * Promote student autonomy and self-confidence; * Support academic adaptation and integration into the institutional environment; * Foster ethical, collaborative, and responsible attitudes within the academic environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY.
