Analysis of failure data to improve electrical assets **Junior Asset Management Engineer** **CPFL Jaguari** **Work Location:** Campinas/SP **Work Model:** On-site **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Campinas/SP; * Active CREA registration (or willingness to obtain it upon assuming the position); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in Subtransmission (preferred); * Experience in Maintenance processes (preferred); * Experience in Project Management (preferred); * Experience with VBA programming, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Python (preferred); * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred); * Knowledge of SAP (preferred); * Knowledge of protection systems (preferred). **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Resolve low-complexity technical and operational issues by applying engineering knowledge and using standardized tools and procedures, aiming to ensure service continuity and quality; * Perform technical tasks under supervision, following departmental norms, guidelines, and standards to ensure compliance, safety, and traceability of actions; * Support maintenance plan management by monitoring schedules, updating statuses, and coordinating with related departments to ensure efficient execution of planned activities; * Collect and analyze failure data from networks and equipment, feeding systems and proposing simple adjustments to support improved reliability of electrical assets; * Contribute to technical budget preparation by providing operational data and preliminary analyses to support development of the department’s Multi-Year Plan; * Participate in technical meetings with internal and external customers, providing technical support and contributing information to resolve requests, ensuring alignment and agility in solutions; * Support diagnosis and monitoring of electrical asset performance, identifying operational deviations and proposing low-complexity improvements to enhance system efficiency and availability; * Support projects by collaborating with partner departments and managing action plans. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life Insurance; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service covering psychological, legal, financial, social, and speech therapy support). **About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
