This includes organizing, planning, and controlling work execution; monitoring and evaluating results; tracking and overseeing the implementation and fulfillment of plans in alignment with technical and functional standards, corporate policies and standards, ensuring implementation and compliance with agreed-upon actions and outcomes with your immediate supervisor, technical-operational capacity and functioning of the area, identifying needs and proposing solutions and/or necessary resources to carry out activities, coordinating and enabling resources, and supporting operations and outcomes within your area—particularly of a technical nature. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in implementing the Undergraduate Programs’ Pedagogical Projects at the Unit, in compliance with legal and institutional requirements. * Coordinate the development of course syllabi under your responsibility, promoting articulation and integration among disciplines, interdisciplinarity, and partnership development within the field of practice, aiming to integrate students into internship opportunities and the job market. * Coordinate events, study weeks, debate cycles, and other course-related activities to promote knowledge dissemination and holistic student development. * Handle matters related to academic programs, advising the Vice-Rectorate, Unit Directorate, and Course Coordinators through studies and opinions, providing necessary information for strategic decision-making. * Ensure teaching excellence and faculty qualification, participating in hiring, termination, and performance evaluation processes for undergraduate faculty. * Mediate the interests and needs of students, faculty, and the Institution, identifying requirements and meeting expectations in a coordinated manner. * Encourage faculty participation in the academic community, scientific article production, and effective use of the Institution’s pedagogical-didactic tools and physical and technological resources. * Achieve qualitative and quantitative course performance indicators, ensuring sustainability, while implementing strategies to attract new students to ensure viability and quality. * Comply with and enforce national curriculum guidelines, remain updated on the University Center’s Statute, and monitor changes in educational legislation, ensuring institutional procedures align with regulatory agency requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** **Completed Bachelor’s Degree:** Audiology **Minimum Qualification:** Master’s Degree **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** **Availability:** Business hours, Monday through Friday. **Work Location:** UNICID Tatuapé Campus, near Carrão Metro Station. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Pharmacy Benefit Program, TotalPass, Tuition Assistance (2 scholarships: Undergraduate/Graduate) for the employee or dependents (spouse or children).
