




Job Summary: Responsible for store organization and control, appointment scheduling, product sales, and management of administrative information and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and invoice issuance · Responsible for store organization and control. · Scheduling patient appointments. · Selling hearing aid batteries and accessories. · Maintaining store organization, including brochures, leaflets, magazines, cleanliness, etc. · Entering all patient information, speech therapists' schedules, and daily activities into the PW system. · Issuing invoices and managing inventory. · Telemarketing activities. · Collecting patient origin information and entering it into the system. · Creating Service Orders and monitoring budgeting and repair execution. · Managing payments and completing standard Audium forms.
