**Responsibilities and duties**:
Assist in academic administrative processes: internal and external transfers, prerequisite waivers, attendance absence justifications, make-up exams, and other requests of any nature;
Receive and forward documents related to the hiring of professors, instructor professors, teaching assistants, and interns;
Receive new course candidates and schedule appointments with responsible professors for course and respective teaching laboratory presentations;
Provide support for events organized by the course coordination;
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Knowledge of administrative routines;
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour break.

Employment type: Permanent CLT contract
Salary: R$2.400,00 - R$2.600,00 per month
