Job Summary: Responsible for serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence across various hotel areas. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent guest service 2. Opportunity to train new team members RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Serve food and beverages to guests in the dining room, lawn, and beach areas; \- Accurately record food and beverage orders in the system; \- Prepare and serve beverages; \- Collect signatures and ensure the guest has paid/signed all order slips for their order; \- Recommend menu items to guests; \- Set up mise-en-place: salt and pepper shakers, cutlery, plates, glasses, and other table service items; \- Answer guest questions and share additional information with managers for improved administration; \- Record and enter Room Service orders into the system; \- Deliver Room Service orders; \- Conduct floor rounds to collect Room Service dishes; \- Organize and clean tables in the dining room, lawn, and beach areas; \- Provide excellent guest service; \- Monitor and report beverage and food stock levels, requesting restocking as needed; \- Assist in training new team members by sharing service practices and procedures. \- Support the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and parties; \- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of service equipment, including tables, counters, shelves, chairs, beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, trays, coffee makers, beverage dispensers, refrigerators, and others; \- Ensure all served food and beverages meet established quality and presentation standards; \- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating serious cases to management; \- Follow and ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations; \- Assist in closing accounts, ensuring accuracy in payment and discount records; \- Actively participate in sales strategies, promoting special or high-margin menu items; \- Report to work wearing the appropriate uniform and maintain courteous conduct; \- Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
