




Job Description We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team in Presidente Prudente, SP. This position involves performing daily tasks such as providing technical support to customers, assisting in resolving technical issues, and helping maintain printers and equipment. You will be directly involved in customer service to ensure quick and effective solutions. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. A valid driver’s license (CNH) is mandatory for occasional travel. Qualifications * Technical Support: Experience in providing technical support and maintaining printers and equipment is essential. * Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, diagnose, and propose solutions to technical problems and other analytical issues. * Communication and Customer Support: Strong communication and customer service skills for personalized assistance and effective issue resolution. * Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, seek improvements, and solve problems autonomously. * Willingness to Learn: Interest in acquiring new knowledge, keeping up with emerging technologies, and continuously developing technical expertise. * Driver’s License: Valid and active Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) for occasional travel. * Additional assets include familiarity with new technologies, relevant technical certifications, and prior experience in a technical support environment.
