**Job Description – Creator Manager (TikTok LIVE)** We are seeking an organized, communicative, and strategically minded professional to manage and develop content creators on TikTok LIVE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the agency’s creator portfolio. * Conduct the onboarding process for new creators. * Monitor creators’ daily progress, providing support and guidance. * Develop strategies to drive growth, engagement, and monetization. * Provide operational support and clarify creators’ questions. * Plan and track goals, KPIs, and development plans. * Participate in recruiting new creators. * Build, train, and manage a team of freelance recruiters. * Establish processes to improve recruitment and creator follow-up efficiency. * Collaborate with the team to ensure creator retention and base growth. **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with people. * Organized and proactive. * Analytical mindset with a results-oriented focus. * Leadership ability and team management experience. * Interest in the content creation and live streaming industry. * Problem-solving aptitude and process monitoring capability.
