**About the Opportunity** We are seeking an experienced, committed, and responsible professional to work as a **T.A.G. Full Operator VIII**, integrated across the **Mechanization and Transportation** areas. This role is strategic to ensure the efficiency of agricultural and logistics operations, guaranteeing that activities are carried out safely, productively, and with proper care for equipment, as well as appropriate transportation of cargo between farms and designated destinations. **Job Mission** Safely and productively operate tractors and agricultural implements, and conduct transportation responsibly, ensuring cargo arrives at its destination meeting quality, timeliness, and safety standards. **Work Schedule** The work routine is predominantly during business hours: **Monday to Friday, from 08:12 AM to 12:00 PM and from 01:00 PM to 06:00 PM.** Depending on harvest demand or operational needs, shift work may occur, including nighttime activities. **Key Responsibilities** **Agricultural Operational Activities (Planting, Crop Management, and Harvesting)** * Assist in and execute activities across all planting stages. * Treat seeds prior to planting. * Perform general soil correction, when necessary. * Operate tractors, backhoes, and agricultural implements of various brands and models. * Operate forklifts when required, subject to manager approval. * Prepare pesticide spray solutions. * Maintain packaging and pesticide storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulations. **Maintenance and Technical Support** * Perform maintenance on machines, tractors, and equipment under your responsibility. * Use general tools as needed for operational requirements. * Conduct welding services, correctly utilizing appropriate equipment and tools. **Vehicle Operation and Driving** * Drive company vehicles as operationally required. * Be responsible for the truck and for overseeing its preventive and corrective maintenance. * Operate Munck / Crane Trucks when necessary and authorized. **Loading and Unloading** * Be responsible for truck loading. * Assist in loading and unloading activities. * Monitor the loading process, ensuring safety and proper cargo distribution. **Documentation and Administrative Processes** * Deliver invoices to the central office and farms. * Process payments and submit expense reports related to third-party freight invoices. **Organization, General Support, and Miscellaneous Services** * Maintain the farm, vehicles, and workplace organized and clean. * Perform brush clearing using appropriate tools. * Support various activities according to farm demand. * Assist with dryer operations and seed processing, when required. * Support the livestock department upon request and with manager or supervisor authorization. **Requirements** **Required Education and License** * Incomplete elementary education. * Driver's License **C** **Desirable** * Completed elementary education. * MOPP course. * Indivisible Loads course. * Munck / Crane Truck operation course. * Tractor operator course. * Planter operator course. * Self-propelled equipment operator course. **Advantageous** Knowledge of pesticide spray solution preparation and Munck truck operation
