The role entails coordinating the team and all operational activities, ensuring process efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities also include managing closing procedures, inventory control, organization, cleaning, and facility maintenance, as well as supporting and motivating the team and serving customers whenever necessary to ensure an excellent experience. **Requirements:** * Prior experience * Reside in Campinas or have easy access to the store **Job Information** * Salary: R$ 3\.500 * Working hours: 2:30 PM to 10:50 PM * Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (with one weekly day off and one Sunday per month) * Location: Av.
