Job Mission: Ensure smooth store operations by efficiently leading the team, guaranteeing service quality and target achievement, adherence to pre\-established standards, safety regulations, and maintenance of organizational climate. Responsible for INVENTORY SAFEGUARDING AND MANAGEMENT, as well as cash control. Desired Candidate Characteristics: * Basic knowledge of store administration \| targets \| meetings: * Leadership ability. * Excellent communication skills. * Resilience, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Daily Responsibilities: * Coordinate the store team; * Control store administrative processes; * Deliver services with excellence; * Recruit, select, and train the store team; * Monitor teams throughout the customer service and delight process; * Attend trainings/workshops provided by the franchisor; * Monitor and support the team in achieving targets; * Monitor and support the team regarding individual behavioral conduct; * Encourage the team to develop knowledge about the fashion market. * Develop motivational strategies; * Achieve established targets; * Provide continuous feedback and guidance to the team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Understand, monitor, and guide the entire team in performing their functions and responsibilities within the store; * Understand, recruit, select, and train new employees, as well as conduct refresher training for existing staff (within guidelines provided by the franchisor); * Recommend replacement of employees who are not performing their functions and responsibilities adequately; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
