Senior Controller Analyst

**Your Role:** -------------- The primary mission of this position is to ensure the integrity, reliability, and control of financial data for the Compressor Technique area, as well as support the generation of relevant managerial information for decision-making. This person will also serve as a support to the Business Controller in strategic analyses and projects within the area. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the Business Controller in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the performance of the Compressor Technique area * Preparing financial analyses and management reports, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities * Creating, developing, and maintaining reports that generate insights into financial and operational performance * Participating in continuous improvement projects and optimization of accounting and administrative processes * Contributing to the implementation of best practices and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations * Supporting internal and external audits by ensuring availability of required information and documentation * Identifying risks and improvement opportunities in financial processes * Handling day-to-day requests from the area, supporting problem resolution and team assistance * Identifying opportunities for ERP SAP optimization and proposing improvements * Conducting detailed cost analyses, including operating expenses and service costs * Ensuring processes are executed with quality, efficiency, and in compliance with company guidelines * Promoting initiatives for process simplification, digitalization, and automation **To succeed, you will need:** ------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences * Knowledge of *The Way We Do Things* practices, especially in Accounting and Business Control * Prior experience in the finance area, with focus on analysis and preparation of management reports * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Office 365, Power BI, and hands-on experience with SAP * Intermediate English (Spanish is considered a plus) * Strong results orientation and sense of responsibility * High analytical capability and attention to detail * Good communication and influencing skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders * Digital mindset and interest in continuous improvement * Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative profile * Creativity and innovative thinking * Growth mindset, with ability to learn, teach, and engage the team **In return, we offer:** ------------------------ * A collaborative and inclusive environment; * Continuous learning; * Comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits; * Health and well-being initiatives focused on physical and emotional health; **Work Location** --------------------- Barueri/SP, Brazil Company: Atlas Copco Group Functional area: Finance Location: Brazil City: Barueri/SP On\-site/remote: Hybrid Brand: CP Chicago Pneumatic Company Name: Chicago Pneumatic Brasil Ltda Date of Posting: May 19, 2026 Last day to apply: May 27, 2026 Apply for this position
