Identify improvements and propose automation for Controller’s Office processes **Your typical day** You will work within our Management Nucleus team, responsible for Finance and Controller’s Office functions. Your mission here includes: * Actively participating in the annual Strategic Planning development process; * Leading expense budget planning (Budget and Forecast); * Leading company expense budget control and investigating variances with respective department heads; * Participating in Controller’s Office month-end closing activities, aiming to identify global process improvements to reduce monthly closing time; * Proposing continuous improvement and process automation projects for the Controller’s Office; * Preparing export documentation for key company clients and managing the full documentation process; * Supporting the biannual individual goal audit; * Structuring and updating the Controller’s Office standard operating procedures. **What are the prerequisites?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Controller’s Office roles. **What are the differentiators?** * ERP system knowledge * Intermediate English proficiency **What aligns with our culture?** * Innovation; * Customer Focus; * High Performance and Protagonism; * Collaboration and Empathy; * Integrity and Ethics. **Additional Information** * This position is **hybrid**, requiring office attendance **three times per week**; * Our office is located in **Valinhos (SP)**; * This is a **CLT** position, offering market-competitive salary, medical and dental plans, on-site cafeteria, life insurance, meal allowance, birthday day off, Gympass, and access to Conquer’s online learning platform.
