Description

Requirements: Reside in Porto Belo and have access to bus lines reaching Vivapark Porto Belo, especially on weekends. Preferably reside near Porto Belo. Personal vehicle preferred. Main responsibilities: Approach the general public to provide guidance and information regarding the service post; control access of people; control vehicle access; visible patrols via QR Code; knowledge of mobile patrol systems; basic computer proficiency; visual inspection to identify suspects; situational analysis for risk prevention; implementation of security and emergency procedures; discretion and protection of confidential information; ability to handle conflict situations and interact with the general public. Workplace: Vivapark Porto Belo Position: Unarmed Security Guard Working hours: All shifts follow the 12x36 schedule. Compensation: R$ 2.091,63, VA (R$ 47.50/day) + Intrajornada + 30% hazard pay and 7% attendance bonus. Additional behavioral expectations: Perform patrols and stand for extended periods; patrol on foot or by vehicle in indoor and outdoor areas; directly approach and communicate with the public; readiness and availability for immediate action; ability to work under pressure; commitment to professional ethics and integrity; avoid unnecessary conversations with the public; avoid using personal mobile phones at the service post.
