We seek an **attentive, responsible, and committed** professional who contributes to the safety, organization, and well\-being of residents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * Monitor common areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; * Record incidents and movements whenever necessary; * Take preventive measures to ensure the integrity and security of the condominium. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Availability to work on a **5x1 rotating schedule, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM**. **Benefits:** * Direct employment contract (**CLT**); * Meal allowance of **R$ 26.00** per working day; * Food allowance (basic food basket) of **R$ 197.00**; * Transportation allowance (**round trip**); * All **rights guaranteed by law**.
