Rural Security Guard

Description

Duties: * Conduct periodic patrols on the rural property to ensure asset and operational security; * Monitor suspicious movements to prevent incidents and unauthorized access; * Record daily incidents and immediately report abnormal situations to the responsible supervisor; * Safeguard the security of facilities, machinery, vehicles, animals, and other property assets; * Control access for people, vehicles, and service providers, when necessary; * Support maintaining order and enforcing the farm's internal security regulations; * Act preventively by identifying potential risks to personnel safety, assets, and rural property operations; * Perform armed surveillance activities in accordance with applicable legislation and internal security procedures. Working Hours: * 12-hour night shift schedule (12x36), from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\. * Salary R$2\.185,51 \+ 30% hazard pay Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Security Guard Training Course with current refresher training; * Valid and active National Security Guard ID (CNV); * Driver's license, Category A; * Availability to work night shifts and in rural environments; * Basic knowledge of asset security and access control; * Eligibility for armed duties in accordance with current legislation. Advantages: * Prior experience in rural or asset security; * Experience in armed surveillance; * Knowledge of monitoring and incident prevention in rural areas; * Additional courses in security, personal defense, or first aid.
