Job Summary: A professional responsible for greeting and assisting customers and guests, handling telephone inquiries, providing information, making reservations, and organizing daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest reception and customer service 2. Reservation management and hotel information handling 3. Daily activity organization and planning Greet guests and provide support services to customers and guests; handle telephone inquiries; provide information regarding the hotel and accommodations; process reservations; close guest accounts and check-outs; organize information; and plan daily work activities. ### **Mandatory Requirements** Completed high school education; Minimum 12 months of experience in this role; Basic English (for regional hotels); Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B; Familiarity with hotel property management systems; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Flexible availability for working hours; ### **Preferred Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; More than 12 months of relevant experience; Intermediate English proficiency; Customer service training. ### **Employment Type** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract) ### **PwD Inclusion** Both ### **Benefits** Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Food allowance; Transportation allowance; Employee room rate; On-site hotel cafeteria. ### **Work Location** Laghetto Viverone Canela ### **Working Hours** 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM
